La Table de l'Espadon Restaurant - Ritz Paris Hotel - 2 Michelin Stars
Auguste Escoffier, the first head chef of the Ritz Hotel in Paris, was a pioneer and a true legend of French cuisine. Today, it is chef Nicolas Sale who has taken the reins of this Michelin-starred gourmet table. He brilliantly perpetuates the legacy of the grand master in this luxurious Parisian hotel with unparalleled prestige. Located in the heart of the 1st arrondissement of Paris, more precisely on Place Vendôme, you sit at this superb table to taste the Discovery Menu or the Signature Menu for prices ranging from 186 to 396 EUR. The room is opulent with its gilding, thick fabrics like velvet, majestic floral compositions, and Murano glass chandeliers.
Among the delicious dishes, one can mention the langoustine or even the deer.
As for desserts, it is pastry chef François Perret who reveals all his talent in high-flying creations like the chestnut tree, pear, and crunchy almonds.
As for wines, it is a high-level cellar with multiple references of great vintages as well as proposals for wine by the glass. Sommelier Estelle Touzet is responsible for making dazzling food and wine pairings.
The gourmet restaurant is open for dinner only from Wednesday to Sunday.
