This historic house offers sweet and savory dishes of great finesse, including the famous macarons. In terms of flavors, the fragrances are rather classic except perhaps for the bergamot tea macaron on which I have set my sights!
As for the tasting, the macaron is original in terms of taste, but the texture is a bit lacking in softness and flexibility to my eyes.
