At the heart of the most luxurious hotel opened in 2021 is the Limbar, just as chic but mainly a very delicious address! 2 ambiances: during the day with its tea room and at night it transforms into a bar. People gather there from breakfast but it's during the afternoon snack that gourmands come to discover the sweet creations of the highly respected pastry chef Maxime Frédéric.
Tradition Reimagined
The flagship of the LVMH group, the Cheval Blanc Paris hotel made a grand opening in 2021. And the sweet beaks of the capital were eagerly waiting for the opening of the Limbar to discover the tea time of Chef Maxime Frédéric. Whether in the presentation of the afternoon snack or even in the choice of sweet creations where emphasis was placed on the regions, originality is a fresh breath of air in the world of Parisian Afternoon Tea. From the first steps, you are immediately drawn to the pastry cart where these culinary wonders are on display, such as the famous cheese tart.
On the menu or in a set, you are free to be more or less reasonable! For small appetites, the 'To be picked from the fingertips' option consists of small salty and sweet bites (34 €) or the 'Regional delights' at 25€ or the 'Dessert on a plate' (25 €) are perfect for discovering the work of the pastry chef.
Ultra Decadent Formulas
The 'Petit Goûter' at 65 € brings together the previous sweets, all accompanied by an original drink from the herbalist. The most gourmet will opt for the 'Grand Goûter' which also allows you to taste a dessert on a plate. The 'Sparkling Goûter' on the other hand offers a glass of champagne as an additional option.
The Limbar is open every day from 8:30 am to 10:30 am for breakfast, from 2:00 pm to 6:00 pm for the afternoon snack, and then from 7:00 pm to 1:00 am for the evening. Reservations are recommended. Menu available on their website.
