1. Sühring
Since March 2016, Sühring has been renowned for its modern German cuisine, inspired by childhood memories and family recipes, elevated to haute cuisine. Twin chefs Thomas and Mathias Sühring offer an intimate gastronomic experience, emphasizing traditional German culinary techniques such as fermenting, pickling, and smoking.
The restaurant features four dining ambiences, each highlighting the chefs' expertise and creativity. Whether in the main dining room, the open kitchen, the glass house, or the private living room, each space is designed to offer a unique dining experience. The seasonal menu showcases local and seasonal ingredients, presented with a minimalist aesthetic.
At Sühring, signature dishes like Himmel und Erde and Spätzle & Truffle are elegant, modern interpretations of German classics. These creations reflect the chefs' talent in merging their German heritage with the influences of their surroundings in Bangkok, thus creating a memorable three-star culinary experience.
