The Dubai EDITION houses 275 elegantly appointed rooms and suites, true havens of peace that embody the sophisticated EDITION aesthetic. Streamlined yet never cold, they offer a warm, inviting atmosphere thanks to neutral tones, natural textiles, and noble materials like Italian statuario marble. Cozy furnishings, beige rugs, bronze finishes, and soft lighting contribute to a visually soothing harmony—perfect for unwinding after a day in the buzz of Dubai.

Every detail was designed to offer comfort and exclusivity. All rooms feature a well-designed bathroom with sand-colored stone surfaces, light wood, and Le Labo amenities. We had the pleasure of staying in a Deluxe Room, perfect for a couple, with a king-size bed, a chair and marble table, and a balcony with a stunning view of the Burj Khalifa. Higher categories, including the spectacular 195 m² penthouse, take the experience even further, blending generous space and refinement in every finish. It was also elegantly prepared for us in an ultra-romantic ambiance, a gesture we particularly appreciated!

Breakfast is enjoyed in the elegant setting of the Duomo restaurant or on the charming tree-lined terrace with an incredible view of the Burj Khalifa — a spot we naturally chose on this gentle March morning. Served à la carte, this morning ritual favors quality over quantity, with a refined selection of pastries, toast, eggs prepared to order, and sweet delights. It's all accompanied by fresh juices and specialty coffee, adding a refined touch to this exclusive, far more intimate and personalized experience than a traditional buffet.

A Sensory Journey Through Italian Cuisine

The Dubai EDITION offers a top-tier gastronomic experience with two complementary venues designed to delight even the most demanding palates. At the heart of the hotel, the DUOMO restaurant radiates Italian elegance with a spectacular décor inspired by Milan's Piazza del Duomo and an immersive digital art installation. In a setting that is both theatrical and refined, guests enjoy contemporary Italian cuisine while taking in a remarkable view of the Burj Khalifa. DUOMO perfectly embodies the fusion of palatial luxury and culinary creativity, making every meal a true multisensory experience.

We had the pleasure of discovering DUOMO during our stay at The Dubai EDITION, and this culinary experience was one of the highlights of our time at the hotel. From the aperitif, the tone was set with an elegant glass of Italian rosé and a signature mocktail, the Milano, with fruity notes of raspberry, strawberry, and citrus, refreshed with light sparkling water. As a starter, the burrata from Puglia, paired with basil pesto, sun-dried tomatoes, and olive crumble, offered the perfect balance between smoothness and flavor intensity—a true Italian classic. The charcoal-grilled octopus was a perfect match for creamy mashed potatoes, marinated onions, and fresh herbs.

The rest of the meal confirmed DUOMO's culinary mastery. The mezze maniche with tuna ragù, lemon zest, and Sardinian bottarga offered a lovely iodized and tangy complexity, while the brasato di manzo—tender Angus beef ribs with mashed potatoes and fresh black truffle—embodied Italian indulgence at its finest. For dessert, we enjoyed the Duomomisu, a creamy reinterpretation of the classic tiramisu, followed by a bold note with artisanal Bronte pistachio ice cream drizzled with extra virgin olive oil.

Upstairs, THIA Skylounge offers a suspended oasis with one of Dubai's most stunning infinity pools. Framed by cabanas, elegant loungers, and lush greenery, the terrace serves light, inventive cuisine and refreshing cocktails from the morning. Come evening, the venue transforms into a chic open-air bar, where the atmosphere turns electric with DJ sets and light shows. Between sky and skyscrapers, THIA brilliantly blends relaxation, contemporary elegance, and breathtaking views over Downtown Dubai's skyline.

The Wellbeings approach, both expert and caring, was evident in every step of the treatment, with genuine attention to adapting it to my personal needs. By combining comfort, excellence, and lasting transformation, The Spa proves to be an unmissable wellness destination in the heart of Dubai.
