Just a 15-minute drive from the medina, this restaurant offers an exceptional setting, surrounded by magnificent rose gardens and 54 luxurious villas. Away from the hustle and bustle of the city center, it provides a refined culinary experience in a peaceful environment, yet close to the main attractions.

The restaurant Ling Ling by Hakkasan embodies a perfect balance between traditional elegance and sophisticated modernity. The terrace, offering a breathtaking view of the gardens, the pool, and the majestic Atlas Mountains, is the perfect place to enjoy a spectacular sunset, especially during the cooler months. In the summer, the air-conditioned interior of the restaurant provides a pleasant refuge while retaining its unique charm.
The ambiance, whether romantic or festive, is enhanced by DJs who, every weekend, transform the venue into a vibrant musical scene. Each dish embodies a harmonious marriage between tradition and innovation, offering authentic flavors enhanced by a contemporary touch. The menu, rich in signature dishes, will delight the most discerning palates, while the creative cocktails, crafted by a team of talented mixologists, elevate the experience. Whether you opt for à la carte tasting or a carefully curated menu, every bite at Ling Ling is a celebration of culinary finesse and sharing.
As we enjoyed our exquisite cocktails, a Mojito Oritsu (a subtle blend of rum, yuzu, shiso, and champagne, perfectly Japanese-inspired) and a Red Cosmo (vodka, flower syrup, orange liqueur, grapes, and lemon, inspired by Morocco), we explored the extensive menu, which proved to be most tempting. We opted for the Ling Ling Escape menu, an ideal selection to discover the restaurant's signature dishes. It's impossible to start a Cantonese meal without the essential dim sums, which I particularly enjoy. The supreme platter of eight pieces offered an assortment of refined flavors: a steamed squid Siu Mai dim sum with goji berries, another with scallops and prawns, another with tiger prawns and asparagus, and a final vegetarian one with zucchini and mushrooms.
We continued with a crispy beef salad, garnished with grapefruit, pine nuts, and shallots, an ultra-flavorful and refreshing combination. Next, the crispy tiger prawns with wasabi awakened our taste buds with their intensity.
For the main courses, we delighted in Black Angus beef ribs, garlic sautéed asparagus, an absolutely succulent lobster with preserved lemon, and egg and spring onion fried rice. Masterful dishes, flavorful and transporting us to Asia. The dessert, a yuzu and calamansi mousse, enhanced with white chocolate, was a delightful discovery.
