Florence Consul

For over 2 centuries, the oldest restaurant in the capital city named after its owner Jean Véfour has been awarded 2 Michelin stars. Classified as a historical monument, Le Grand Véfour is a unique place with its 2 superb rooms with beautiful mirrors, majestic bronze chandeliers, gilding, and ancient paintings.

Chef Guy Martin operates in the kitchen and offers a fine selection of classic recipes and more contemporary creations, while ensuring the transmission of this rich culinary heritage. Among the signature dishes, we can mention the oxtail parmentier, foie gras ravioli, and the fillet of John Dory. To finish this delicious meal, desserts such as the Manjari cube, with its pineapple with sweet spices and chocolate balls filled with shiso, are a must.

As for wines, the sommelier Romain Alzy presents the 800 references of this exceptional cellar for very successful pairings.

The service is masterfully organized by Flavien Develet in a pure French style.

This gourmet restaurant in the 1st arrondissement of Paris is open for lunch and dinner from Monday to Friday.
