The Airelles collection, a brand of the LOV Hotel Collection hotel group created by Stéphane Courbit, is made up of small houses located in exceptional places, each with its own unique history and identity that is subtly highlighted, as is the case with the Bastide de Gordes.

In the spring of 2020, Le Grand Contrôle is the long-awaited establishment in the heart of the Palace of Versailles, at the gates of Paris. A new exceptional property steeped in history in this magical place. The luxury establishment will take shape in three buildings from the 17th and 18th centuries adjacent to the castle: the Pavillon des Premières Cents Marches, the Petit Contrôle and the Hôtel du Grand Contrôle, which housed the officers' mess of Versailles.

The group has partnered with Ducasse Paris to create this historic 5-star property, as well as with Pierre Bortolussi, chief architect of historical monuments, and Christophe Tollemer, architect-decorator. This intimate hotel, with only 14 rooms and suites, will immerse guests in the splendor of this bygone era, with the comfort and exclusive services of a 5-star hotel.

To complete this setting, Le Grand Contrôle will feature a bar, a tea room and a gourmet restaurant supervised by Chef Alain Ducasse. In the plates, French haute cuisine, inspired by ancient recipes, is brought up to date. In the evening, the atmosphere becomes more subdued and intimate. From the servers' uniforms to the reissued 18th-century tableware, the meal transports the visitor into the world of royal splendor. The wellness area with spa and pool will complete the experience.

Reservations open on February 3, 2020. Deluxe Room - €1300.
