And it's official: the official opening of the Andaz Dubai The Palm hotel has sounded! It joins the Andaz hotels in the most trendy destinations in the world, like Amsterdam, London, New York, Tokyo (review of the Andaz Tokyo here), Seoul and Shanghai. This is the first Andaz brand hotel in Dubai and the second in the United Arab Emirates.

Located in the heart of Palm Jumeirah, the hotel has a prime location on the world's most legendary artificial island. The luxury hotel also benefits from a private beach.

Andaz, the luxury lifestyle brand of the Hyatt group, is used to breaking design codes: it hosts pop-up style exhibitions, but also meets the needs of contemporary and busy travelers with a fast, comfortable check-in in one of the lounge chairs.

In its 217 rooms, including 34 suites and 116 apartments, the design inspiration draws from the curiosities, fragrances and textures of Dubai in all aspects of room design.

The 5-star hotel has 31 Andaz suites, a Terrace suite, a Prince suite, and a Royal suite, each with modern and minimalist interiors, perfectly equipped with all the top-of-the-line comfort, including separate living and dining rooms, a terrace, a rain shower and a deep bathtub.

Food-wise, the Andaz Dubai The Palm delights its guests' palates with no less than 5 restaurants and bars offering a range of international dishes and Middle Eastern flavors.

The Locale, with an outdoor terrace where one can enjoy any time of day, combines culinary stories from all over the city and weaves a carpet of flavors that only Dubai has to offer.

The elegant Hanami restaurant, a modern version of the Japanese Izakaya, features a decoration inspired by cherry blossom flowers during the Sakura season. Carefully prepared cocktails and sharing plates can be enjoyed to a backdrop of inspiring music with a beautiful view from the 15th floor.

AKnox offers delicious cocktails at the forefront of contemporary mixology in an industrial-style space with vintage rugs and vibrant furnishings.

In the second half of 2020, La Cocoqui will open its doors: this beach club will offer bites and drinks by the pool, allowing customers to enjoy a day of relaxation, whether it be a family outing or a sunset for couples.

Customers can seek comfort at The Andaz Lounge, the “anti-office” that evokes the coziest of dens with large tables, a library, and a full-service bar. Adorned with bright colors and striking works of art, the space stimulates lively conversations over a coffee or cocktail.

On the 14th floor is the hotel's spa, named Ora, which is a true haven of relaxation and tranquility with a range of carefully designed facial and body treatments. On the same floor, guests will discover the adult-only Cabana rooms, a pool, and a state-of-the-art gym that complete the well-being experience.
