Fou de Pâtisserie is first and foremost a magazine! Then a shop in the gourmet neighborhood of Montorgueil! Then several! And finally in 2020, a tea salon in the Saint Germain des Près neighborhood to taste the pastries of the greatest Parisian chefs!

A Crazy Adventure

The Fou de Pâtisserie adventure begins in 2013 with two exceptional women, Muriel Tallandier and Julie Mathieu, who join forces to create the very first French magazine exclusively dedicated to the world of chef pastries. It is at the very beginning of the aura of the "Best Pastry Chef" and cooking shows.

Very quickly the magazine established itself on the culinary scene. But the story does not stop there! The two partners create a first shop to sell the best pastries of Parisian chefs! We find big names like Pierre Hermé with his famous macarons, the iconic Mont Blanc from Angelina but also less well-known chefs who are starting out in the business and who deserve to be highlighted on the Parisian scene.

A Tea Salon in 2020

It is on the left bank, more precisely on Rue de Seine in the 6th, that the Fou de Pâtisserie brand opens its very first tea salon. Of course, for example, one could sit at the BHV to taste the pastries, but here it is a cozy tea salon (with a terrace for beautiful days) where one can sit down to taste the best sweet treats in Paris.

Open every day from 10am to 8pm
